Bringing together your views, the data we collect and the
advice of experts we form our vision.

We publish a Manifesto of the barriers and note the
legislation that should be updated. Our Guidelines for each
department or subject recommend policy and procedures
that will accommodate people with a Hearing Loss.

Often in co-operation with services, sometimes with
Ministerial endorsement and on occasion through protest,
we clearly state what should be done.
